Commit Lozenges come in two strengths 2mg and 4mg. This 4mg strength of the Commit Lozenge is for stronger smokers.

Commit Lozenge Ingredients
Each Commit Lozenge contains either 2mg or 4mg of nicotine - depending on the strength of the Commit Lozenge.

Each Commit Lozenge contains 15mg of sodium, which should be taken into account by those on a low sodium diet. The Commit Lozenge also contains Aspartame and 1.04g of mannitol per lozenge, which may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea in some rare cases.

Directions
One Commit Lozenge should be placed in the mouth and allowed to dissolve for best results. Periodically, the lozenge should be moved from one side of the mouth to the other until the lozenge is completely dissolved. The lozenge should not be chewed or swallowed whole.

Weeks 1-6: Take 1 Commit Lozenge every 1 to 2 hours

Weeks 7 to 9: Take 1 Commit Lozenge every 2 to 4 hours

Weeks 10-12: Take 1 Commit Lozenge every 4 to 8 hours.

Do not use more than one lozenge at a time and do not exceed 15 lozengs per day.
